It's literally the most frustrating part of any podcast, when the host invites a guest( especially a new unknown guest) and continually interrupts and changes the organic flow of the conversation or story to fit them.! Most annoying thing about Podcasters. I've enjoyed your podcast style which allows the guest to TELL THEIR DAMN STORY. At the end of the experience, we want to know Their Story. You do that well,. ❤ KUDOS!

I’ve never commented on a yt vid but I had to say this. A clip from this interview popped up on my fyp and it was truly so intriguing so I decided to check out your channel...24 hours later, I've binged 5 of your vids so far. I'm not a podcast person, I can't listen to things for hours on end and I'm definitely not a true crime fan but this podcast is honestly one of the best in terms of entertainment and realness. Props to you Ian for 1. creating something so great after being a "criminal" (considering many people think life is over once you get out) and 2. giving these people a platform to share their stories and opportunities to prove that you can still be a successful, functioning member of society after doing your time. Also Jennifer you are an amazing storyteller!! I could listen to you forever. Had to check out your My True Crime Story episode. Loved it but this podcast was so much better imo

That makes me feel so good for me as a recovering addict and also her and everybody else that's in an addiction weatherby you know alcohol Pills gambling whatever because I'm telling you it is what it is advice is advise we all have them and I don't care what anybody says. I think the whole world but especially America is very very very very very very very very very very very very not understanding of addiction. I mean literally it's a problem and they wonder about the epidemic I'm telling you that first of all quit freaking putting stigma on addiction and homelessness a lot of homeless people are addicted and they have decided to do so do they want to be know they're screaming and shouting out in their head God please help me because we carry around shame and guilt and we blame ourselves we don't I mean we want help usually Have you be stopped. That really inspires me that she needs to channel yeah for sure I'm a storyteller like that and I'm a writer and I cannot wait to start just sharing my experience is for sure for sure it's just sucks that like in America we just I mean every commercial is about beer or something that is you know something external and then we we learn as growing up that we need to do this and do this like a boyfriend marriage blah blah blah I mean who says we need to do this and graduate I mean I think that it's all expectations and then if it's not turning out that way then guess what we're going to have to be a resentment and I just think that a lot of that happens and then also also think that we all get codependent on s***. Whether it's a mother that gets you know thinks that the children haven't done what they want them to do well guess what that's the children's experience not the mother I understand that you want to keep your kids safe I'm a grandmother now but it's like whoa that's not the case yeah I'm a grandmother and I love every minute of it.but anyways I now understand what my grandmother meant but I'm just saying it's not that way it's not that simple but I'm telling you our self-esteem is linked to that and I don't even think our parents meant to do that or well I don't know some grandparents want to be parents of the grandkids that's a problem in itself let me tell you and that pisses me off because it makes some of us grandparents look really shity and also I've had to work with DCS and they suck ass I think that's like legal kidnapping but that's a whole nother thing and no not everyone in that situation or that entity is horrible there are people that want to help but I'm sorry it just sucks the way it's set up. Needless to say when my soulmate the father and my kids passed away from suicide and I found them right before I went to rehab in 2011 I was literally I was in shock but it my son went to the paternal grandmother and I mean we were really close but we went through years of not speaking and I had to fight and go back and fight and go back and then I was going back and forth to jail and I mean I just had so much shame and guilt and I wanted everything to be clean and I kept getting railroaded but I kept hanging around the same people thinking I could fix them well guess what they were using me and that's when all that started happening and I didn't realize well yeah that's cool I thought I was going to snitch on them know it's called I have a problem y that's a problem if friends lmao stealing from me. But I was scared to death that I would get in trouble but I don't know why.😂 But my daughter I never lost custody of okay because the paternal grandmother biologically did not have any right to do so I never I mean I always had her. So that really was tough for all three of us my son my daughter and myself to go through all that but now the grandmother and I are okay my son and I have been speaking and she and I have as well but yeah all those allegations were fake and they were by her ex-husband even though she hated that man and I actually married I said the government not him LOL because I mean that's really what you do in that case I mean your signing a legal piece of paper but I mean I just think it's ridiculous but that's a whole nother topic.. but I was not in love with him I just I don't even know why I did but it was three days apart it was wild and we both did that and we both did not like the people I cannot believe we both did that once again Shane guilt and I just thought I wasn't worthy of anything and that's what I thought the cards are dealt wow and now that I'm speaking this out loud it's I mean I haven't wow it's just it's sick how are thinking and so I'm so much more positive and so grateful and living in the moment and let things flow and it's a beautiful thing so sorry that's so long and yeah I've been mopping and now here's a whole run on paragraph that well paragraphs lol enjoy 925 for my son

Jen was SO interesting! When she was talking about her teenage years, I kept remembering how my mother would not let me continue being friends with teens that she thought were a bad influence. She would steer me toward a better group of friends by signing me up for an activity or encouraging me to join a school club that lead me to a positive group of friends that I am still friends with today. Parental influence and attention is so important at that age. That was such a big turning point in Jen's story- meeting the Russian when she was a teen at a party. I'm not blaming her parents, but she did mention feeling alone as a child since she was so much younger than her siblings. I can see how things snowballed after that for Jen. She is clearly very intelligent and although her burglaries were bad, she really had figured out the best way to do them. But, people got hurt when irreplaceable family heirlooms, etc. were stolen and gone forever. Insurance can't replace those. I'm going to be watching for dog groomers and people that do not look like burglars at all who might actually be! lol. Her stories would make a good book or movie! (PS I heard a guy ringing my doorbell one afternoon and I didn't answer. He came around the back of my house- probably intending to break in. I have a sunroom in the back and when he saw my 10 cats inside who were scared by him and all started running around, he ran off, too. So, my cats saved me from the cat burglar! lol)

I mean when you send your kid to a private school you feel like your kid is going to school with kids that are generally better than public school. Plus it was a 2 income household with no stay at home parents. Unfortunately the kids being better is far from the truth. Kids can have behavior problems regardless how much money their parents make and usually wealthy parents makes kids more spoiled and bratty- especially if there isn't a parent dedicated to the household.

I just I mean I just subscribed I like the guy and I don't know I haven't watched any other videos 😊 I mean it helps that she's wonderful at storytelling but he does ask intriguing questions I just I'm not I'm not understanding I mean yeah it's a it's right up there with a lot of them. A lot of them are Crime of opportunity Needs to start paying attention to cars and everything in the neighborhood their houses their neighbors and know their neighbors. I mean my dog would start chasing or barking at certain cars color cars and want to chase them and that's because of certain cars and people of the of whom I was speaking of that I used to hang around that were totally using me and we're acquaintances and we were using each other and after I bowed out and got help and went into recovery well guess what yeah they continue to f****** over and I didn't realize it for a minute of who it was I thought I thought I did but I did not know all that my pitbull did and also I mean this is just wrapped up recently so my partner crime Layla and myself gosh they hated us together the people that were doing this because we were at we still are a dynamic duo but yeah she now the whole neighborhood is like because I mean she literally anyways well it's in my book I'm going to tell all these stories on my channel soon I just want to make sure it's secure because you wouldn't believe the emails that you just wouldn't believe what they've done and I'll tell the story I have a feeling yes it will be a movie or a series. I have no doubt that hers could be as well . I don't know little by little I just got more and more CL clarity and felt worthy and loved and it just came naturally but I kept wanting it to come or not organically but it it did and that taught me patience and also God's timing and I mean it's just like one day haha every every day was in aha moment and I just walked in to a certain company and just started asking questions and then I started asking questions about everything and then I went to my local police department and starting asking questions and also just starting asking all kinds of questionsthen little by little I tell a friend then a family member then you know it just you know and then I'm telling you 10 step backwards because my mother I live with her at the time and and I still do because I'm still responsible and even if I didn't and I have a place to move and I do I just can't I feel responsible because I was hanging around them so I have to clean up this mess.❤ I just feel like it's my duty and it is because I mean hello!?? Because just because I mean I go on these channels and everything and it's hilarious and it cracks me up and I'm very very blessed to have two ethical hackers if you will they work in companies but they are geniuses and I mean it just cracks me up with these tech people say yes I've saying either they're just promoting you know that I've seen them promoting just ridiculous things about routers that are hilarious or like just the they're not you can hack anything and you can factory reset nothing and and refurbished I would be so careful about I'm sorry you need to know who they're being sold by especially on Amazon or wherever is be very careful of buying anything on eBay like that I mean it's just ridiculous I cannot believe people I mean I felt I was like that too back in the day I just thought oh my God that is so stupid by the way please hard copy of passwords and put it in a lock box I mean or you know of course a safe because that's just what you should do because you're not going to remember no trust me I mean you're not going to remember the password I mean and you should never use I mean I would just use random bulshit ones I mean like with all the things they say because and definitely don't use your real number with basically anybody I swear it's your family or your friends very very close friends, oh and actually they need to be your friends. Listen to your gut every time I didn't listen to my gut that's when everything went all to hell and I always knew better every time and I had to learn the hard way.. every single time.

She's telling the truth, if you look on FL doc inmate search in the released inmates her record is accurate to what she says She has like 25 charges, burglaries, grand theft, stolen property, she had tons of charges but it looks like they grouped them all together and the judge ran her sentence concurrent, meaning the time of each charge 10 years, all run at the same time not consecutive
@tiffanymae4290

Wow so she was lucky for that then right? Because had they been consecutive she would be in prison for decades? I have zero experience in the judicial system

I love this interview… I do …i freaking love it!! She basically talks with her hands and I’m the very same way and sometimes it’s intimidating to other people. and I truly mean no harm but I talk with my hands just as much as I talk with my mouth. And I’m watching her and now I’m understanding how people see me! I think it’s a beautiful thing !! it’s just passionate people that literally speak with their entire body. We don’t mean to harm or to intimidate anybody ..we’re just passionate about what we have to say. I’m enjoying watching and listening to this interview because it’s raw ,it’s the real deal … I know if I ever had to go to court my lawyer would tell me to sit on my hands so I did not come off as aggressive instead of passionate 😂😂😂😂😂

This is your best video yet! Jens story is so intriguing and she tells it so well. Even as a guy, I can relate to her story in so many ways. I grew up in New Jersey then moved to Florida at 21 and quickly realized that Florida is a criminal playground populated by tons of people from all over the country, NY , NJ, Ohio, etc A majority of the people I met came to Florida after having situations that required them to leave their home town and start over somewhere else. You hear the saying all the time, Florida: come on vacation, leave on probation... back on violation) I have 3 female friends that did time in Lowell CI I give Jen so much respect because I know how prison is like a revolving door and it's a cycle that's so hard to break, especially being surrounded by certain types of people like she said. She was able to get out and change her life and make a living by using her personality and telling her story. People like to hear stories of struggle and crime especially by those who escaped the lifestyle. There's also something intriguing and special about hearing content and commentary on things going on in the world, being told from an aspect of someone who knows the criminal and street mind and mentally. You guys can give so much insight to stories and situations from a different aspect that the average content creator cannot. maybe I'll tell my story on this channel some day, but mine is pretty wild in comparison to most of the stories on here. I'd have to censor it lol

Because you’re ‘still’ a scumbag too, she laughed and gloated today, in real time, currently, about denying the paperwork for the Russian to see his sick dying father then. And you do to in many podcast, you fake lie and act all remorseful and say you’re reformed and changed then you literally laugh. Currently, in current time, about beating people up and stealing and hurting people back when. You haven’t matured or changed one bit, you just don’t take the same risks and Chances today, but you scum bags laugh about hurting people back then, TODAY. Amazing there’s as many broken people still out there that support you and these did balls. Yore only fooling the fools and lucky for you JD there’s a lot of them in the masses, and you’re predatory on the young idiots glorifying your crimes, in your opening monologues you say you DONT GLORIFY then 5 minutes later laugh about kicking some dudes teeth In, and no not some chomo, regular people just to rob them of whatever. Dude you don’t fool real men. Spare me your justification retorts man. Seriously. Waste that lying energy on someone you can scam some merch to.

1:21:00 I did my time in Shawnee Illinois State prison which is a 22 & 2 high security, and when somebody new came on deck they absolutely checked the guy's paperwork first thing to see if they had been a confidential informant, what the crime was (if they beat or killed a woman, etc) how much time they got, etc. If the guy was white, the white deck boss would check it, and vice versa. Also, ad-seg was a whole separate building far away on the other side of the yard that housed cho-mos, ex cops, etc. so they could never come in contact with general population. Great show, glad I found your channel!
