Thanks for your explaination chif. I'am have a some problem with cat C6.6 acert. How the engine while running after 4 to 6 hour suddenly come to shut down,and then fuel oil return or overflow getting hot. The engine running cannot stay running for 24 hours. Thanks for your give solution chief.
bro if you know on how to check on the monitor about when the machine is shutdown so the machine monitor they can show any type of error that pointing where the main cause why the engine shutdown, just go to service menu and inter pasword( FFF2) then select the diagnostic and slect active error, if you see any number on active error, send it to me the picture in my whatsapp, 00971567581176

I have a problem with the same engine. When cranking the rail pressure only goes to 1075psi and no start . Only start with spray then it runs . Can you help?
ok bos try to check the return valve at common rail maybe the return valve more volume of fuel returning to the tank,instead of holding on common rail check that valve and observe must try to start to measure the return volume of fuel.or if the return is almost normal, i think or maybe theres a problem in injectors.and also observe the engine smoke,if more black or some times white.

Hello dear sir, I have a Komatsu 7.210 excavator. There is a heavy load on the engine, although the pump pressure is 280 out of 355, with smoke and there is no malfunction of the fuel pump or fuel injection. Please help me, thank you for your effort
if are you sure thats heavy load on engine,many reason can cause of heavy load,1st maybe luck of fuel,and clogged fuel filter,last check the solenoid,on the hydraulic main pump left in between front and rear pump maybe no power or supply on that solenoid ok ,must be that solenoid work even you just only switching on if no supply or power ,insfect the harnes and fuse .

bro many reason why the engine suddenly shutdown, maybe luck of fuel, maybe electrical fault, or maybe overload because of hydraulic regulator is n power supply insfect the harnesses, and fuel system, and check also maybe theres any electrical fault on monitor
