Hello dear. I’m facing an issue with my 330DL 2008 , the problem its missing some power such as when moving forward or reverse the one side of chain is slower than the other and while and lifting and tilting loaded bucket the movement is slow, unfortunately the problem was there even before I buy the machine. I have concerned the problem with a mechanic where I have always doubt with the mechanics in the country I stay , as they never get the help of computer or screen monitor to diagnose or point out the actual reason of problem. Where they cannot even understand and use the screen monitor. And mostly suggest to let the whole pump open. Where I hope the problem is in monitor system setting which might be messed up by previous owner and my issue can be solved without even opening the hydraulic pump. I would appreciate your help if you can guide me , how can I solve my problem . Regards Syed

Hello, I recently changed password on my monitor and by doing that I lost all service options except Maintenance and Password change. I tried changing it back to FFF2, but it didn’t help. Do you maybe have an idea what should I do so I can get all service options again? Thanks in advance
actualy thats wasn't happen if you just change the pasword,thats maybe software related problem now,you know why some times there is a chance it comes that the software version doesn't possible to be change,the default setting base on the version of software or eighter the monitor is very old and the system is will come to be corrupted,have you try already to return to the default pasword
