That was a great story, I loved Chris Carpenter's attitude he reminded me of Gibson. I saw him yell at a guy going back to first from third cutting across his mound!!! I'm old school, i was like YES!!! What is Chris up to now, he was a disciple of Duncan and would make a great pitching coach. Since we're bringing everybody back anyway!!! Cat you have to get a interview with Nolan Arenado. Us as fans need his opinion on the Cardinal off-season. He’s the only one on the team that I feel will give an honest opinion on what they did this off-season
I wish he would too.....But he won't because he's "Old School" and a Professional. He won't air it out in the media. But you could tell at the end of the season he was mad.
I honestly thought Ryan was going to be our long time SS? He played hard and always hustled. As far as "Bulldog" yelling at him.....If you did that now the player would need a "Safe Space" and Lolly would bench you. What a difference 15 years makes? Great Show Cat!
