A standalone flir camera with the same thermal specs and sensor (flir c5) costs MORE than this phone with the flir integrated. So no wonder they have to cut some costs.
Gteat review. But I am still trying to find more features about this phone. Like charging capabilities. Integration with Android Auto. Where the heck is the charging port located? Is the charging port covered or open? Just want to make sure I can use this phone fully. Really appreciate very detailed review on the camera with thermal imaging
i shouldve went with this phone. i've had my S20 ultra for 5-ish months and its just...peeling apart. i tried making a zip file (internal folders to internal zip) to back up my files to upload to mega, and i got some kindaa "I/O Error". i didnt even think a phone could have an i/o error!
I spend a lot of the time hitchhiking and backpacking on the road, and I'm looking for a phone that is sturdy enough to survive rougher living conditions (my galaxy phones keep dying!) but still has good enough cameras for regular vlogging and some very light photography work. Assuming I keep my expectations modest, would this phone work okay do you think? Or are the regular cameras too shabby even for that?
