Had a fun day trying to stay dry fishing in the harbour, catching some trevally. A cold day made warmer by eating soup, fish fingers and eggs all cooked over charcoals.
Felt like I was there enjoying the solitude , fishing and food. Always enjoy your vids, yummm! PS used to make fish fingers at sea lords. Enough fish in em to call em fish fingers! I kno that much
Bloody great vid Bro. Its not always about catching fish. Just to get out there and relax and enjoy the outdoors and like today , cook up a light dish nice and casual like. It doesn't get any better than that. How many times have I got a wet arse and no fish....I'v forgotten ...lol
How peaceful bro! Nice to just relax and enjoy the day!! Love fish fingers mmmm got my taste spuds going! Have to get some tomorrow !! Another awesome video brother, I'm sitting outside with a coffee relaxing watching your vid!! Brilliant!! Ps great you remembered the salt and pepper!!

Love your vids bro its real nothing fancy just true aotearoa fishing...not too many places up here in Auckland to fish like it is Whakatane...mean kai bro keep the vids going..Maori Ora bro
Love the vids. Yeeeaaah bro, gotta have the tomato sauce. I think it's great to show that even when the fish may be contrary that you can still have a great time being out there.
Catching is always a bonus, but the goal is to get out there with nature the way we were intended to be. Our spirits are heathier when we are in nature and learn to exist with what is provided.
Awesome video bro.I miss the crumb fish finger.I only get batter fish and fish finger from my job(only because its cheap).Anyway i can't complain about this clip ,it was pretty good..
Fishfingers and eggs perfect although leave out the tomato sauce (off the fishfingers at least), I cook mine with vinegar. Can you tell me the portable cook ware you are using? They have folding handles? Anyway I envy that you are fishing looks like a great spot, catching a fish is a bonus to the day.
These pots are from I think the Katmandu sore, they are good quality ones. The harbour is a great spot, somewhere to get away from people to do these sorts of vids.
