Another great video Matt. First and last time I used a smoker was when catching trout up on the Goulburn river. My buddy bought an aluminium smoker and a pack of wood chips from Aussie disposals and fortunately we caught a couple of decent sized trout. We got on the google machine and realised that you are supposed to soak your trout in salted water for 12 hours or so and then cook/smoke the fish. We improvised and overcome our lack of everything we needed and the result was awesome. The most juicy succulent trout I have ever tasted. Smoking is a very underrated method of cooking and I am glad you gave it a crack. Legendary.

By far one of my favourite videos, I love the "experiment cooking/trapping" ideas this fella has!😂 Also smoked fish is amazing next survival vid u should smoke oysters/crabs it takes like 2-5min max and tastes amazing! Insulating it with pine or leafs usually works
