Catch, Clean & cook Golden TileFish! chef Nick.. @pastapacks 

After taking a 3 day deep drop fishing trip to The Pulley Ridge and Badlands with Gulfstar Fishing out of Tarpon Springs, Bevon of Kwani Fishing got an opportunity to team up with Chef Nick of Pasta Packs in North Tampa to make a Golden Tile dinner for the books. Using Bubba Blades knives interchangeable set, Bevon was able to clean the tile fish to the bone allowing for maximum meat. The fresh pasta from Past Packs complimented the meal paired with the lightly grilled and minimally seasoned Tilefish. Definitely a meal to remember!
