This is a great D'Arce entry. I frequently have people go to the turtle / ref position when rolling, and they almost always tuck their heads like this. I'm definitely going to try this next time I get on the mats. Thanks all the way from Australia for the awesome content Coach Bane! 👍

Just wanted to say thanks prof Bane, bought your instructional ( dominant position brutal submissions) on bjj fanatics and really paid off, won double gold in gi and no gi with 3 submissions coming from the americana in kesa gatame.

jeff myers No, it’s a slightly different angle & neck cranks are legal in almost every No-Gi grappling tournament’s expert/advanced divisions. 👍🏻
