I know it's primarily for wrestling but as BJJ practitioner things like this brings my grappling game full circle. I'm not huge on one side of the other but I'm definitely not getting behind a butt scooter guard puller like a dog with worms. Grappling is grappling and when worlds collide I highly appreciate being able to do both. Thank you sir 🙏🏻

May I ask why you show this arm drag as opposed to the pump handle style arm drag?

Because the pump handle is usually (not always) for the inside single. You’re thinking 100% WAR Catch. Nothing wrong with that, but this is an outside single. Although I hate attempting a go behind off of an outside single as shown here, due to the go behind being lower percentage instead of head to chest, with the head up while creating movement and either clearing the leg or trapping it. - Best regards - J.
