Hey there, awesome techniques! Can't wait to drill them. The way you're securing the over hook and head position seems like it'd leave you vaulnarable to a single leg? Have you found that this can be a counter? Or does the head control and speed of the transition protect you from that? I'll have to give it a go at training but I thought I'd ask while I'm here :)
Ben Pratt Try the overhook on the shoulder and not on the arm. Typically overhooking their arm instead of their shoulder will lead to their tie up being superior to yours because of their Underhook (if used properly) which is typically king when it comes to tie ups. I’ve never had an outside single threat with this CACC style Whizzer (overhook). For them to change levels they would have to take you with them. Best regards, J. Bane
