Pro tip for every one wile frog fishing . 1- cut the skirt just a bit so they dont hit them instead of the body 2- bend the hook out just a little up and to the side to drastically upgrade your hookup ratio 3- if you think you are fishing slow go 2 time slower then usually! Frog fisherman at is top !

Here is a tip so if you cut the skirt it help but also if you wait a second for the fish have it in his mouth you can set the hook better

I'm been using a Booyah popping frog and have only landed 1 of 25+ hits. Is there a better popping frog out their?(I have a 7 foot medium heavy rod and I've tried bending the hooks)

Make sure you pause for a couple of seconds before you set the hook! You have to make sure that the fish has it and didn't just hit it

Try trimming the skirt some and you could try a different color but in my experience sometimes they just don’t get it and it’s the bad part of frog fishing
