Catching Dungeness Crab off the Jetty (Catch & Cook Sushi California Rolls) 

Fishing off a jetty in Washington with a snare and a rod, we caught 10 Dungeness crab and made the tastiest real crab California rolls I've ever eaten in my life!

Crab California Roll Recipe
2 cups uncooked short grain white rice
Rice Seasoning:
5 T. seasoned rice vinegar
3 T. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Unagi Sauce:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup mirin
1/4 cup sugar
Filling:
1 cucumber, peeled and sliced into 1/8"-1/4" matchsticks
1 avocado, sliced
meat from 2 Dungeness crab
Kewpie Mayonnaise
Other:
Nori sheets
