I went bass fishing after days of thunderstorms and flooding! Fall weather is here and it has the bass fired up! I stumbled upon a drainpipe that was loaded with big bass! Glad to see they are filling up. That first pond is where I got my 4.5. I also did good there on small orange and yellow shallow cranks. The second pond I had a breakoff on a wacky worm. I'm looking forward to a good fall.

I’m pumped for fall bass fishing! Now I just have to wait for the dirty water to clear up. I had a feeling you caught that nice fish at the first spot!

That right there is a textbook top water day if I've ever seen it. Next time you got conditions like that bust out the buzz bait or the buzz toad and hang on tight.

@@thesouthwes me too. I'm here to tell ya, topwater has caught me more fish this fall than all other presentations combined and I'm not really a topwater guy, I just started tossing it more and it's wild. Those fish that 'are super shallow and eat it right away' and are hard to get that crank in and out of the spots and you don't always get a bite....I find those are the fish that come unglued for a buzzbait.

Do a video on live minnows on 2nd pond bro... you know I did well on hybrid hunter there... Brother however got skunked until he went back on 4th time with minnows and it was crazy how quick and fast he hooked up.

I know! It’s fine if it’s a dink, but I want to see how big the nice ones are! I would say that the bass that got off was a minimum of 3lbs, but I will never know!

Dude the scale always makes me so mad after you see people on RU-vid catching 4s and 5s all day acting like its nothing 😂 then i go to weigh a 2 pounder all excited 😂. But who cares anyways. Ill take bluegill all day happily
