Great Video! I Am a revert to Catholicism and I seriously thought that you were a convert to Catholicism. But I commend you for your honesty and humility in wanting to know that actual truth. I mean who would want to settle for less right! No! You want the entire truth and it’s 💯 authenticity. So I will let you know where and why not just Protestants but also even cradle Catholics don’t get it and don’t have that perfect peace of Christ and joy within them. That Protestants seek a feeling and cradle Catholics just fulfill their Sunday obligation and that’s that no spiritual growth nor desire for it. And this joy and perfect peace of Christ can be found in St John 6,I AM the bread of life discourse. In order for the seeker to have this union with Christ they will have to knock with a sincere faith and tell God that you want to believe in his words of St John 6. That you do not want to walk away but remain like the Apostles because even Judas believed and stayed. And he wasn’t even at the point of looking to turn Jesus in for money yet but Jesus still called him a devil. Why did the disciples leave? Because they were looking to be fed with physical food not spiritual food which is what Jesus was referring to. The reason why Jesus compared the Fathers in the desert to himself now being that spiritual food but only after the Resurrection. As his resurrected body was true flesh and true spirit when St Thomas touched his wounds to believe. Blessed are those who believe yet have not seen. And why should we hope in things that we see but the real hope is in things not seen-St Paul. And although Protestants and even Cradle Catholics see piece of bread and wine they fail to see because they failed to believe in that which is unseen. They want to see to believe. Show me a sign! Give us a miracle and then I’ll believe! That Pharisee incredulous spirit still roams the earth. In St John 5:39-40 Jesus tells the Pharisees that although you have seen my works and seen me you still refuse to come to me to have life. You believe that in searching the scriptures that that is good enough for eternal life. But on the road to Emmaus the 2 disciples were on fire for the scripture that Jesus opened up for them to understand that scriptures pointed to him,however, it didn’t end there, the 2 disciples recognized Jesus not at the explanation of the infallible word but at the breaking of the bread. Then they believed and reverted back to the Church and told the rest of the disciples of their encounter with Jesus. Myself and the very few daily Mass faithful have found the peace of Christ and joy and it is not hidden but in plain sight,it is in the Eucharist. The more I receive Jesus incarnated spirit in the Eucharist the more graces he showers me with, the more gifts of the Holy Spirit he spoils me with, the more he teaches me how to live a holy devout and virtuous life. And his love peace and joy inundates my entire soul that I can’t help but radiate it thru my smile in this world where barely people smile or have Gods joy in them. Many are called but a few are chosen. You mentioned how you weren’t sure if you should proceed with your Masters in Theology or convert to Catholicism or Orthodox. Have you ever considered becoming a Catholic Priest?

But if you do decide to convert to Catholicism, get ready for in your face spiritual battle. I looked up Beelzebub and learned that he is second in command in hell and that he is called the lord of the flies. Today 2 flies have showed up and I haven’t seen a fly in I don’t know when. But they were sticking around nearby even when I would strike at them. That’s the kind of spiritual stuff devout Catholics get especially when they are battling hard against the evil forces. But concerning Protestantism Orthodoxy you will have to find out why they parted ways with the Catholic Church. I know that in Orthodoxy it was due to someone being a drunkard and didn’t want to change their ways but then I heard it was because of one single word they wouldn’t agree with the Catholic Church. And with Protestantism it was because Luther a former Catholic Monk was upset at how the Church was being mistreated however he disobeyed authority married a nun and left. Also because Englands King Henry wanted to have multiple wives and the Catholic Church wasn’t allowing him. So he created the Anglican Church. God Bless and I’ll pray for you on your discernment.
