This false religion kept me in bondage for 28 years. I was not led to Jesus, I was not led to the bible, and I was not filled with the Holy Spirit. I was taught to do vain traditions and outright idolatry. Thank God I am free from this dead church. I am born again and filled with the Holy Ghost. I know my redeemer now. The point of it is to effort to turn away from sin. By the way, there are degrees of sin and what was portrayed in the video would not be anything worth confessing so that was a bit misleading. If people think that they need to confess every minor thing all the time, that is something called scrupulosity which is a pathological level of guilt. The church helps people to not be that way.
