Living a lie will hurt the child more than anyone else. Teaching her a loveless marriage is OK will probably screw her up when she is older. Divorce is a better and more honest option .

He really should just put her out of her misery and file for divorce. He's clearly seething with rage from the way he's taking delight in her pain. It's not healthy for him or his daughter who no doubt knows something is wrong at some level. Better for him to divorce and move on with his life than spend the next few years consumed by anger and bitterness. If not for his sake, then for his daughter's.

Make up and get past it or divorce. Your child does notice things that you will not. I did with mine when I was younger and it really did a number. Even if you are being safe and paying attention. You are setting your child up for a lot of 1 on 1 counseling.

A loveless and cold marriage? The revenge is having constant affairs with her knowing, but this is at the risk of your mental and emotional health. You do need to surpass this betrayal and let go of what she had done. This is actually an awful revenge because she'll be tormented at your expense and your daughter will grow up seeing all this. Your best revenge is to leave her, exposing her affair to everyone, and you'll be the good father who has ladies coming to you while she will be miserable at a job loss, shamed by her family, and a ruined reputation.

Boy do I understand why he wants to do this to her, but I hope at some point he realizes he's just hurting his daughter. I get it, the wife needs to suffer, but at some point, this is just harmful to the child. Let her parents know, let her employers know. That will cause her a lot of pain. Then excise her from your life as much as possible; as OP says, they're just co-parents now.

lol love this story, the BEST REVENGE EVER and loving the daughter like you should is great, let her find out the truth later and hate her mom then, roomate for appearance and thenlive the live you want for now. GREAT STORY more guys should do this instead of divorce and make the hoes suffer that way.
