Coming in to court is voluntary, in most cases. The majority of defendants come in to fight their ticket because they felt they were wrongly ticketed, or they have an excuse they'd like the judge to consider. People do have the option to mail in their payment.

My mother is on her own, just like she made sure I was from 14 onwards. I hope she struggles just as much as I did. Not all parents are good, not all parents care about their kids and therefore their kids don't care about them

this man is an angel. He actually cares about people. We should all be so lucky to have a judge who actually cares. People who give him a thumbs down obviously have never been to court. Hope you never have to learn first hand what a uncaring judge cam do to your life.

From what I got it's only a youtube channel show, not a TV production. The whole season and episode thing looks to be just a clickbait as there is no continuity and uploads repeat.

Thank you for that! Truly! Some cops and judges disregard situation things we can't control and sometimes I feel they should. If your a repeat offender then ya they know. If someone's having a tough day and never been in trouble give them some slack! Good men

Judge Caprio is a fair and honorable man, he is compassionate when it is warranted and he is firm when the law requires it, Judge Caprio is a solid civil servant, the Judge is what is good and decent about America. Judge Caprio is a stand up guy

The supreme court is way different from what this man does. As a traffic court judge and chief judge in Providence he is able to interact with the public and have fun at work. Our supreme court justices have a very boring job that includes of reading and studying amongst themselves. Its boring and tedious. He would not like that.

Just found this Channel, subscribed instantly. Judge Caprio is a Character and a half. He's probably the most sensible considerate judge who's sat on the bench. We don't have Judges like this in Scotland, wish we did. Judge Frank Caprio, should be sitting in a Court in D.C making changes for the American people with the compassion and wisdom of the Top Judge and man who he's shown to be. Top geezer all round good guy, first time I've ever said that about any judge. He and Judge Judy should get together and Make something happen.

I love Judge Caprio he is an amazing judge!! I have never seen a judge so compassionate and so understanding!! I love the way he is with the kids I have an 8 yr old daughter and she thinks he's awesome... Judge Caprio reminds me of my father he passed away 2 yrs ago. Very similar personalities its like I'm watching him.. Wish we had a judge like him in Newark N.J!!!

I just discovered this channel. Judge Caprio is a real man, just like another citizen doing his job and he is absolutely great at it. His enormous heart should be known to the World. Some episodes make me cry for what he does as a human.... We need to have more people like judge Caprio everywhere not only in the court room but everywhere.... Then we will have a wonderful World... This man is so fair and nice people want to speed through Providence just to experience this man's compassion. It's possibly the craziest thing, yet the most endearing thing I've ever seen. It's good to know we have people like this in the justice system that truly care about the people that step in front of their benches and not just doling out fines to make sure the municipality can afford new computers at the City Hall. For the 7th year in a row.

This judge has so much wisdom and so much experience that he knows well who are the ones who know they made a mistake and do regret it and those others who try to pull the wool over his eyes. In all cases, he is not after punishment, but he makes sure that the offenders know that for society to live in harmony together , there is a limit on how much one can go as far as not caring for other people. He teaches and does not give punishment when he can. To those that show signs that they do not care about the law, well, he insists that they pay a portion of what they deserve to make them remember that next time they meet a similar situation, well, they should be more responsible, as living with others, needs obeying some regulations. He is a humanist, and not after a vendetta! Your honour, congratulations for your attitude.

Does this air in California? If not, please air it in California. For two reasons: 1)This is NOT garbage TV, it's a beneficial PSA and a rare inside look into how the system works. Helps to remind citizens that there are still genuine people in power positions that are non biased. 2)Not all, but some of our judges over here could really learn some things from Judge Caprio.

What the bankruptcy lady said isn't crazy. Often, bankruptcy courts will include outstanding fines, due to the impact they can have on other creditors. But it's important to know for sure.

I just came across this show and I love it and I really respect and love the judge I wish we had more like him. I must say all this over night parking double parking and feeding a meter we have non of that in the little town I live in North Carolina but I will learn all the rules before I visit your beautiful place lol lol best wishes from Kim in North Carolina

Here in the netherlands its 230 euro driving through red light, dont pay in time and it goes to 790 euro. And you have to prove your innosence instead of the procecutor proving your guilty
