john Baldock I've been married 39 years but my husband has never said I look like couldn't be married that long, lol! But I know he'd move a mountain for me and that's what matters.
I love this judge....in general he has a very good heart...he is very generous and kind. Live long! God bless you. I wish my country have some judges like you. Poor people suffer here a lot.
Selective memory. Can't remember?? Bullshit . Forces the Boot off the car which is illegal activity .This Judge is the best . No one can pull a fast one on him . Glad to see he was not falling for her crap..
Lonestar on top of that she said she only had a hundred and then said can we do it for 200 she didnt come back the first time she lied and said she had more money than she originally said what a p o.s. i would've made her pay the full amount
That couple was cute and the judge loved her singing to him. He's right about what makes for a successful marriage. I hope my husband and I live long enough to make it to 50 years - we were in our 30s when we got married. I'm afraid that young lady got what she deserved in what the judge required in payment - she should have been taking care of those tickets long before she got the point of being towed.
If I was Judge Caprio...I would have asked the second lady to pay the full fines as she was lying inspite of her having admitted to have got a very good memory...It is the goodness of Judge Caprio to allow her to pay 300 to release the car..rest 200 on payment plan..great Judge Caprio !
The last defendant has zero respect for the court and no intent of being responsible. Personally, I thought Judge Caprio was rather lenient, granting mercy where justice may have been better suited.
She got all wide eyed and attentive when judge started adding up the costs….. Should have given her the max fine…..obviously she will say anything to not have to pay fees and most likely will skip the new payment plan…
Well color me astonished! Numerous commenters agree that the second defendant showed disrespect to the court by wearing sunglasses. ??? I didn't even notice them. Don't get me wrong -- she had a long record of disrespectful behavior: ignoring numerous parking tickets, forcibly removing a boot and driving away, making a payment arrangement which she then did not honor... She deserved stern treatment by Judge Caprio and she got it -- people who think he's nothing but a softie should watch how he handled this case. But the sunglasses? I might have done that myself. I'll be glad if somebody can explain to me why that's so bad. I'm 77 years old and maybe I'm just out of touch. Tell me what I'm missing. But remember -- I entirely agree that her *behavior* (not her attire) had been disrespectful and that Judge Caprio was right to deal with her with a very firm hand. I just don't get the glasses thing.
I would have said to my wife. Why couldnt you pick a song by elvis, the beatles , gershwin etc. This is why I was divorced twice and this guy has a lovely wife
I appreciate the judges opinion on how important marriage and family are. But, he must have had loving parents who were present and a part of his life in his childhood. Many don't, and it sets the mark for how you value that. I didn't, and have never been able to form a personal attachment to anyone, ever. Nor do I want to. But, I can still understand and appreciate how wonderful it must be . . . Sort of.
This judge is such a great person that he probably Made Her take those damn sunglasses off and asked video man to edit that part out to not embarrass that woman. She's completely full of it; most of the people here get more than a great deal from the judge, but this woman pretty much pissed me off to see how disrespectful and didn't give a damn about anything.
Case: the runaway She may have seen the show and mistook JC's way of delivering justice to softness that she can take for granted her commitment to the court.
The ignoramus walking into court with her sunglasses on probably gave a bull crap excuse about her eyes being sensitive to the lights or something along them lines.
One of the Ten Commandments says, Honor thy mother and thy father that that days may be long on the earth. That's why that woman looks Amazing after 50 years of marriage.
she said she only had a hundred and then asked can we do it for 200 didn't come back the first time she lied and said she had more money than she originally said what a p.o.s. chances are us tax payers are going to pay to get it out or to get her another car
Hears my question if the person let's the tow company have the car and cancels everything and still don't pay the fines and penalties dose not have property to take away dose the city end up arresting them?
the woman in part 2 is wearing sunglasses in court???? That is a big sign of disrespect unless you are blind of course. In certain countries they would consider it as disrespect to the court and punish her for that alone. Apart from never paying the other fines, they would add all up add interest on top of that and if she has no money she pays them by going to jail.
She needs to stop helping her brothers out when they don't help her with the money that they owe her. I am buying her story. She seems like she is too nice of a person and can't say no to her Brothers.
Really?? She lied about the amount of money she had lmao, she asked if she could have boot off for £100 and said it’s all she got and then when he said £300 she then said can’t u do it for £200 as that was all she had?? Lmao she’s a lier, and thinks the law doesn’t apply to her, wearing her sunglasses into court which is disrespectful to the judge, and kept smirking, then for some reason said she had a great memory but don’t remember forcefully taking the last boot off her car, seriously u believe her?, oh well xxxx god bless to u xxxx
