As soon I heard the dog wasn’t on a leash I knew they’d lose

The plaintiff's audacity to roll his eyes at the judge when she tells him that his dog should have been on leash...🤦 It's literally the plaintiffs fault that their dog is attacked when not on a leash or tie out in a yard that's not fenced in.

The plaintiff eye roll at 3:02 when Judge Milian told him that he shouldn’t have his dog off leash without a fenced in yard was hilarious!

The fact that the plaintiff said the pitbull was not in any danger made my blood boil. He was very much in danger of being put down because of the plaintiff negligence.

According to the plaintiff, the defendant stabbed his own dog in the mouth with a pocket knife. He is such a liar! He started off with a lie calling a wide open entrance to the walkway a "gate" to make his case sound better. There was no gate. 🤣🤣🤣

Who cares if it’s a pit bull, the little bastard was the aggressor! Mess around and find out. Little dogs try to be bigger than they are, and quickly find out that they are not . 🤷🏻‍♀️

This case was over in pretty much the first 2min. As soon as he said his area was not fenced in, and his dog was not on a leash...there is very little else to be heard. Sorry the dog got hurt - but just because your small little fluff dog wouldnt hurt a fly - doesnt mean you are allowed to leave it off leash in an unfenced area. I hope this was a wake up call in responsibility for the Plaintiffs.

I don’t believe the plaintiff at all. If someone is yelling rape threats at your partner or wife, you would call the police, record them or SOMETHING. Instead you come to court with an allegation that goes nowhere. Next time have your pit bull on a leash or in a fenced yard.

After watching many of these animal cases I believe many shouldn't be allowed to own dogs because oftentimes their own negligence leads to these incidents. People are the real animals in my opinion..

The defendant obviously didn't want JM to know that his dog is in the Pit Bull family. That being said, I'm surprised JM allowed the plaintiffs to stand there with their arms folded looking militant. If you don't have your dog on a leash, it's your fault.

Plaintiffs didn’t seem credible, made contradictory statements, jesters and actions and when they knew they were losing come up with a statement of harassment? Facts are facts, their dog left the property that wasn’t secured and his dog was leashed with his control on public property!

I think the plaintiffs kept adding to their story every time they were caught lying.

In this case the dog probably has an entitled attitude just like its Owner.

Their adamance that the witness wasn't there? When traumatized things happen, you're not aware of everything and everyone. I absolutely believe he said the guy "stabbed" his dog and said racial things about his girlfriend because he wanted his case of poor dog-ownership to sound better.

i owned a dog that was listed as a 'pit mix' dog. he was found on the street, beaten and abandoned. i got him from the humane society, at about a year old. i trained him to be my service dog, helping me with my walking/balance, picking things up and giving to me, etc. he worked for me for over 10 years. never once took a step wrong. we were once actually attacked by another 'so called service dog', and my boy simply stood sideways in front of me and took the attack. never moved a muscle. when they got the other dog off us, mine went back to heel, ready to continue working. he retired for the last three years of his life due to severe arthritis. i recently put him to sleep due to his health issues. BUT, just because of 'popular misconception' i would never adopt another pit. but they are wrong. with proper care, love, and training, pits are WONDERFUL DOGS. they were originally bred in EU by royality to protect their children.

Judge seems really upset that she couldn't find the pit bull owners at fault.

I have an American bulldog/bully mix and he’s been bite in the face twice, both by small dogs off leash whose owners had no recall. The condo building we live in has many dog owners and all the reactive/untrained dogs are small dogs with the most entitled owners thinking their dog is cute and precious who lose their mind when we ask them to leash their dog or pull them back. Obviously there are good small and poorly trained pits/bully’s but this video embodies the trash owners of small dogs I’ve countered. When the owner said “his bite couldn’t break a bone” pissed me off so much, like it excuses the lack of training.

I have a Pittymix that hates other dogs. She has a right to go for a walk on her leash. If people are stupid enough not to keep their dogs safe, I'd feel bad, but not my girl's fault!

@5:39 the description of incident is Reversed. Ergo, public opinion is backwards. The pit terrier was leashed on street/sidewalk. The small white dog (not pit mix) was trained to stop at non existent gate. Perfectly within snatching distance. How long was that Leash? I also found it interesting that the fluffy, Tiny, big hearted dog, "likes to greet". Wondering, if Tiny was or is always aggressive to people walking with or without their dogs.

So glad to see a case where the pit owner wins, because people like to operate just like the plaintiff with the “My dog is small and can’t do anything” mentality. I’ve had pits all my life and I’ve seen more aggression to them dogs and people alike. Small dogs are not automatically the victim, they do instigate fights and contact as well.

Why did the judge seem so hell bent on going after the defendant so hard? He had a leashed dog. Judge Judy would have eaten them for lunch. Especially when they started talking about rape/racism accusations after they saw they weren’t getting their way. The judge seemed almost disappointed in finding for the defendant.

hmmm why didnt you record it. well we live on a busy intersection so the sound isnt good........loose dog, busy intersection.....smh i guess they are lucky it was a dog attack and not a flat dog.
