I know this was from long ago; but if you do this again; could you offer more information of the setup... how much pressure is needed? Do you have to bleed everything before getting it to that stage? and so on...
You can gravity bleed to the bleeder ports. Then crack the fitting at the nearest injector and run it on 3 cylinders for a bit. Use bit of ether to get it going if need be, it will push the air out quick, tighten the injector fitting and enjoy
