I just ordered a large bowl. I am having it made in a custom color which was not a problem. It may take a little longer but I am willing to wait. I like the design and ability to lather quickly.
I recently purchased the large in the same color you have. Absolutely love it. I also purchased a custom brush from them as well. You get to pick the style of handle and natural brush material (boar or different types of badger). Not exactly cheap but really great quality.
Honestly I wasn’t happy with my recent overall experience with the company. Ordered a custom color large bowl. Wasn’t what I had expected. Bowl was not polished to an acceptable level. The owner Rich does not respond at times and when he does it’s short and brief. Customer service is terrible. At the and of the day the bowl is great and it does the job it’s intended to do.
