I’m an American citizen been with my fiancé 10 years I did the tourist,fiancé,now I’m doing the cbp1 As a us citizen should I just go to Mexico and just marry her she’s coming in from Haiti

I need help, im trying to get my daughter here through cbp1 ,we tried her tourist visa from my country last year and she got denied, i dont wanna go through that again,and i saw videos from other immigration lawyers that's using cbp1 is not guarantee and it has limits and also for asylum seekers only ,is it true? if my daughter will use cbp1 im going to be with her from my country to mexico, is it possible for her to enter US thru mexico with me , ill sponsor her

Why they take your passport in boarders? Is there any way to ignore that?

Да, работает. 40% регистраций проходят через лотерейную систему и могут пройти в любое время быстро, а 60% по очереди. В среднем занимает 6-8 недель, но это часто меняется и не возможно точно сказать. Некокоторые сообщают 10-12 недель ждали.

Am NKAFU. Can anyone apply using CBP 1 app from his or her home country or you must be at the border?

No. You can only register in Central or Northern Mexico. Do not try to register multiple accounts or use someone else to register for you. The CBP finds and detains everyone who does so.
