What someone can do to get their CBP one? Cause someone has been in Mexico fo 6 months and never get it. Your advice please

There is no specific end date to CBP One. However, there are lawsuits pending which may end this procedure. Additionally, if the administration changes in 2024 elections, a Republican administration will likely end or change it substantially.
