I have checked that my air tanks are fully charged to 120 psi I Will now turn my truck off and turn mys ignition to the on position, I will now push in Both my brake knobs in and wait until th air tanks have settled, I do not hear any audible air leaks. With steady pressure on the brake peddle i should not lose no more then 4 psi in 1 minute, will you please time me, I did not lose more then 4 psi in 1 minute. I will now pump down the brakes once the air pressure drops to no less then 60 psi my low air warning light and alarm should activate, My low air light and alarm have activated. I will now continue to pump my brakes and both my brake valves should pop out at approxamitly 40 psi, Both my valves have poped out my air brake system is working properly. DO NOT TOUCH THE VALVES WITHOUT THE PERMISSION OF THE TESTER DO NOT DO ANY THING BEFORE OR DURRING YOUR FOR BADIEM ANNOUNCEMENT AND SAY THE WORDING EXACTLY EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE SAYING THE FUNCTIONS THAT YOU NEED TO DO YOUR WORDING HAS TO BE EXACT WORD FOR WORD NO DISCUSSION AT ALL ONE MISSED WORD IS A IMEEDIATE FAIL!
SAME! And I failed air brake and in cab last week. Been watching video and video. It’s a memorization thing with me. Just freeze when I get in the truck. I can drive well, just can’t remember all these steps. 🤦♀️
Hello again, I want Clarification when preparing for the lab test. My instructors say to push the yellow and red buttons in after you ask “can you time me”. Does it matter if I press the buttons in before or after? I don’t want to fail the In-cab over something so simple.
Hey @Ruben B Jr... I'm finally at 160 driving academy in Forest Park and this is my first day. Is it anyway that I can come to the location that you're located?

@@pure_one when both of the valves pop out, don't you need to test them by turning on the vehicle and drive. Vehicle shouldn't move because emergency brakes is applied.
He dident do the static break test at 3psi per min for a combination vehicle he went straight to applied then leak down then emergency leak down. So he missed a step that’s a FAIL
Theses videos are for educational purpose. I did mention the the 4 psi per min. ( This is for combination vehicles ) 3 psi is for Class B straight truck.
