The Epipremnum pinnatum aka the Cebu blue pothos is a wonderful and easy to grow houseplant. This pothos, like the golden pothos ( epipremnum aureum - Marble queen pothos and neon pothos and manjula pothos ) likes a well-drained and organically rich potting soil that holds onto some moisture for a few days but doesn't remain soggy. The cebu blue pothos varies from the golden pothos in that it seems to like a little bit more light, but that could just be my experience as the lighting requirements for the cebu blue pothos are a bit jumbled online. Right now this a somewhat rare houseplant but that will be changing soon. I think these will be more and more common in stores like walmart, lowes and home depot by summer or fall of 2019 with the rest of their houseplants. Lastly, these pothos propagate just like the golden pothos, simple stem cuttings placed in moist soil will take root and take off just fine. These plants are easy to root and easy to propagate. This wasn't really a " How to propagate pothos " video but i glazed over it and will be more thorough when i actually do a propagating and start to root some cuttings. But like i said, these are an easy to grow houseplant and an easy to propagate houseplant. One of the things that is so neat about the epipremnum pinnatum is how it's leaves change shape as they start to climb and resemble a split leaf philodendron ( selloum philodendron / philodendron bipinnatifidum ) . The regular pothos changes leaf size as it climbs and becomes a giant golden pothos, but the leaves don't undergo such dramatic transformations. Thanks for joining me on a quick plant chat with my Cebu blue pothos!
