Fun fact: Carcer City (City from Manhunt) was located on the north of Liberty City which the roads from the upstate Liberty were heading.

On the gta 3 definitive edition if you go to harwood car crusher, you will see an island with lights ( maybe thats carcer city )

@@dioceseofcubao737 In LCS game he owns a mansion but later sells it off by gta 3 due to debts by the Triads. So he ends up with his ma again in St. Marks. Probably the high cartel residence brought him out too

@@gamewriteeye769always wondered why he didn't stay there. Lovely house and seemed like a relaxed area compared to Saint Mark's, although I suppose it's safe territory for him being part of the Leone's.

How are you playing at 60 FPS? Aren’t you getting physics problems?

I turned frame limiter off. So far, only the pedestrian dialogues and payphone ring sounds are affected... They always stop halfway. Turning frame limiter back on fixes the pedestrian dialogues and payphone problem :)
