My friend Massimo invited us to stay in Cefalu and explore the surrounding areas including local towns and villages. We also went to Palermo to eat street food and of course ice-cream!
We found the house of Aleister crowley, the wickedest man in the world and climbed La Rocca. There is a lot to do in Cefalu and in this documentary I go to see the wine making process at a vineyard in Sant'anastasia and we see where Cinema Paradiso was filmed and The Godfather. Boat trips, food, drink, bikes and much more!

I was just there for a day trip in June with one of my daughters and my cousin and his girlfriend who both live near Agrigento. A lovely city with wonderful ambiance and excellent food!

My Parents are from Ragusa in Sicily and I loved the memories you brought back to me from a beautiful part of the world. The food is fantsitic and you must try the freshly made ricotta canole in Sicily particularly in Ragusa. They are to die for. Thank for a great video.

Yes I skipped Sicily because was indoctrinated by fear stories of the Mafia. Same thing with Ireland. Grew up with hearing about the IRA and trouble's. Probably two places I really should visit. Didn't Alestir Crowley live close by!!!

I like your quirky style which is in contrast to Rick Steeves' show. That feast at the end looked amazing but it would have been nice to have heard from a local food writer. I think Giuliano, the net maker, is referring to Salvatore Giuliano the famous bandit!
