FreeSpiritPaulette many of the floats were repurposed for festival of fantasy. And i know the mirror float is retired as it just wouldn’t stop breaking down lmao it was constantly being towed until they shuffled everyone around and made them walk or grab a move it shake it float

Actually no, this was recorded in 2001. If I’m not mistaken the last time he recorded a Disney parade would’ve been “move it shake it celebrate it Street party” which debuted in 2009 (the year he died as you know). Preceding that would probably have to be “Mickey’s once upon a Christmastime parade” or dawm but you were close! :)

But yeah, Wayne allwine’s Mickey’ll always hold a very special and dear place in my heart, the only one who came close to what he had in my opinion was Quinton Flynn (in terms of unofficial voice actors for the Mouse). Obviously Walt Disney and jimmy Macdonald themselves were the ogs and were just straight up awesome but if you heard Quinton Flynn’s Mickey Mouse voice, you wouldn’t believe how close it sounds to Wayne allwine. The only place you can still hear Wayne’s and Taylor’s Mickey and Minnie voices in the park is during the Halloween and Christmas parades… For now.
