I do that too, buy tickets for something thinking "I can do this, I won't get anxiety", I lie to my future self. I totally get the "there are two of me" feeling. Healthy me wants to do so many things.I am proud of you! That experience would be hard for me, too. That was a HUGE win!

I'm so sorry that you get that feeling too (although it's nice to be understood and not alone, so thank you). It's beyond frustrating to deal with! It means so so much that you're proud of me and view this as a big win - thank you, thank you, thank you! I hope we both keep getting to do more of what our healthy selves want
