your kit is nice ! fornm me, in my kit, there's : - lavender essential oil in a roller ( it's really small but it's great ! ) - a worm on a string ( it's green and one of my favourite stim toys. named it Egbert. ) - a small heart shaped plush with a marble in it I sew myself with socks my grandma gifted me for christmas ! ( I love making plushies with socks and the texture is chef kiss ! ) - noise-cancelling headphones ( finally got one a few days ago and it's a damn life saver ! ) - an autism badge I customized myself ! ( it's red with the golden infinity symbol with AUTISM written in gold under the symbol ! ) - another stim toy I sew with three marbles in it. - a bracelet I made that is accidently a stim toy ! - earphones and phone to listen to music. - my autism help playlist ( there's autism soothing music, musics I love and voice lines and songs with the voice of my comfort characters. ) - a sketchbook or notepad with pens and pencils ! - a snack and water ( for real thoses Speculos biscuits do be amazing- ) - my pentacle necklace. ( I'm not pagan but my boyfriend got me that from a Metal event called the Hellfest ( he's not pagan either btw. ), and knowing it's a protection symbol, I wear it all the time, which helps and reassures me a lot. one of the best presents my boyfriend gifted me by the way ! ) - a small pot of Playdough. ( and I don't care if I'm 20 I'm still gonna play with Playdough- ) - my Nintendo Switch ( playing my comfort games ( Animal Crossing, Doki Doki Literature Club and Cult Of The Lamb ) helps a lot ! ) anf I think that's it ! ^^
I keep a tarot deck in my bag. Looking through the cards calms me, for some reason 🤔 Also sour hard candy helps. And my tiny sloth stuffie. And some Tylenol. Whatever works for us as individuals is the right way 👍🏼
I have been having panic attacks a lot recently, my dad just signed me up for therapy, I have been looking at fidget packs on Amazon, I just found one that doesn’t have marble mesh! (I hate the texture of mesh) and I am going to ask my parents for it (I’m 13) this video will help me so much tysm
Huh, I'll have to try some of these things when I'm feeling really overwhelmed, my kids would probably benefit from them too. I have a few things for my kids and I, but not these items. I really don't like going to movie theaters, because I get so discombobulated and confused in the dark, so maybe a lego character key light would help. I'm sorry, I noticed the 10th Doctor picture on the wall and my eyes keep straying to it. I'm a Whovian, a HUGE fan of Doctor Who ❤❤😍
I so hope they help you and your kids! I completely get not liking movie theaters before that - the key light, and also having my phone or table with the backlight way way down (and when i'm sitting in a seat away from others) really helps me stay grounded in a theater because it feels less dark then. And yaaaaay, the 10th Doctor will always be my doctor!
