I had apricot trees on my property when I lived in Albuquerque. I dehydrated apricots every year and they made an excellent snack. I also had pomegranate, pear, apple, fig and jujube trees. Such a paradise! I miss those wonderful trees and will forever be grateful to have shared that property with them!

you´re first cycle in that location.. it´s exciting, everything is new :) i´m second cycle here, i´m already repeating the best of last spring.. it´s ok, the way it goes, easier but less exciting! we had one week of sunshine, i was already doing 4-6 hour walks in the frost.. one is trying to kill me, the other one save me, who should i ally with :) actually frost is also healing, it makes the body tougher, gives resistance.. haven´t had a cough in 20 years! i was almost in my full early spring practice.. in march it´s the craziest, then i switch to bicycle in april, from there on it´s happy days. now it´s snowing again.. clouds, they bring the snow, no more snow!

Loved the burning of the log with last years pinecone added 😊 the drawings of the moon looked amazing( all the intention they mustered must have been great) Your mead looked delish too! -- quick question? are you using the brewers yeast or just the regular yeast ? I have not tried the quick mead (been afraid too and have come across so many variations it's bit over whelming to pick one ) thank you for sharing
