Recorded August 2020. Patricia "Pat" Cameron Lidstone talks about her Cameron family history and her childhood in the 1940s and the time leading up to the big Flood of 1948 in Agassiz, BC. This is Part One of a three-part interview. Part two will focus on the flood and how the Camerons had to leave their home. Part three deals with life after the flood. The ongoing interviews/podcasts are in honour of the District of Kent's 125th birthday in the year 2020. The podcasts are created in association with the 125th-anniversary sub-committee.
