Not in this clip but later on the interviewer asked if he likes Japan to which Ed replied only a little, I forgot everything! He even had a translator standing next to him, so maybe he was too nervous or had some audio issues

Yeah. Spoken by someone the has never had any of it applied to them. I admit there are a lot of videos that make it look awful. But martial arts are like buffet lines. You’re supposed to take what’s useful. The video people rag on are the one where the uke (one Taking the technique) is working on their ukemi (falling) and the Nage (one giving the technique) is working in controlling the line ,etc Aikido supposed to be harmonious. But I assure you someone with flawless technique such as yosimitsu Yamaha , or Christian tisser.... if they get there hands on you it means trouble. I’m not trying to argue I’m simply saying research things before you slam them.
