Celebrity Penthouse in Del Sol Valley | The Sims 4 Stop Motion Speed Build

I thought that Starlight Boulevard of Del Sol Valley needed a luxurious celebrity penthouse. So, in this The Sims 4 stop motion video you can follow along my process of building one worth over 400K Simoleons.
This 3 bedroom penthouse spans two floors and is built for lavish lifestyle. It has a vast terrace with a glass walled pool and a hot tub overlooking Starlight Boulevard. Its dining and living rooms are great for entertaining guests and hosting big parties. The penthouse also features a music recording studio, and a valuables display room with a vault.
Built on Pectoral Fitness (30x30) lot in Del Sol Valley.
No CC or mods as always! (I use cheats, some tricks and debug items.)
Packs used:
Discover University, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, Realm of Magic, Jungle Adventure, Parenthood, Dine Out, Spa Day, Tiny Living Stuff Pack, Laundry Day Stuff, Vintage Glamour Stuff, and Perfect Patio Stuff
Realm of Magic is required for the "elevators" to function, without it sims can't get to the penthouse!

This is so creative, I'd have never thought about making apartments like that! But I agree that Del Sol Valley is deff lacking them, I wish there were at least one complex. Beautiful work! Btw, how do teleporters work, where do I need to press? 👀

You only have to direct your sims into the penthouse, they use the portals automatically.

The video looks so good thanks to your GraphicsRules file. 😉 Prior to using that, the background buildings in Del Sol Valley always flickered despite the highest graphics settings. omg the elevators, u even put the floor buttons and i really appreciate the sized down portals, u literally just made the best elevator ive seen in sims builds (im blabbering but im just so in love with the way u incorporate small details that actually makes so much difference) but anyway, stunning build as always, thank u so much for gracing us with another video 😭💕 edit: spelling errors lol

The elevator work around-if you use mods-is Ravasheen’s cc elevators. Realm of Magic not needed. She has two options: elevator doors or the shell. Both work well. I don’t have RoM but use that mod for creations that require it for teleportation(elevators). This looks fab and I can’t wait to d/l. Thanks for sharing.

This is an amazing build and I wanted to thank you for using mostly items from classic expansion/game packs! Every time I download something from the gallery these days, half the items get deleted because I don't own any of the new packs, it's refreshing to see a build like this where I recognize all the items and I can feel confident downloading!

Thank you!!! 😊 I felt that the boulevard desperately needed a high-rise building because of the views. I demolished the gym there, but sims can visit other neighbourhoods for that.

Hello, I’m trying to make a renovate your building for my own game, and I’m trying to make the first floor (where the pool is) into another floor but it seems to conflict with the height of the debug apartments, I can’t find a way to elevate the floor, any idea? tysm!!! Beautiful building!!
