The Celebrity Xpedition is one of Celebrity's expedition ships sailing year-round in the Galapagos doing an alternating Northern and Southern Loop itinerary. This is a cabin tour of the best cabin on the ship, the Penthouse (Cabin 601). It is located on the top deck (deck 6) with only two other cabins. The only other spaces on that deck is the exercise room, room used by the massage therapist, and some open deck space with a hot tub. It is a very quiet area of the ship but honestly with a ship that only holds 48 passengers, I expect just about any area would be quiet.
This cabin has two balconies - a large forward facing one with loungers and a private hot tub and a small side balcony. Another huge advantage to this cabin is that there are two bathrooms. This is an itinerary with multiple active excursions a day (hiking, snorkeling, kayaking, etc.) and often limited time between excursions so having a second bathroom makes a huge difference.
Note, being such a small ship, there is a lot of movement even when anchored that is exaggerated a bit being on the top deck.
