This gotta be the most stressful challenge I've ever done in any game. After beating 7B and getting 201, I was unsure if I would even get this berry, as the chapter itself was really hard for me once I beat it for the first time. When I started doing runs, my motivation was very mixed, and I was playing it very on and off, occasionally getting PBs until I got to windsprings my first time and I left the level for a month due to no motivation.
About 2 weeks ago I've started playing Farewell again and I was doing surprisingly well, especially with the Determination checkpoint. After a day, I got my first Reconciliation PB, and then about 3 days later I had a quite devastating death in RC-17 which increased my anxiety about this golden even more, which made me take a break for a few days to focus on my health a little more. Up until this day, where I got it within 2 ATTEMPTS on my actual runs. This run was very stressful and when you notice on the video, I was taking frequent breaks after passing Stubbornness. My heart was beating really fast at that point, but thankfully I managed to push through.
I'd like to thank everyone who helped me getting strats and who helped me with my motivation problems, if not you, I'd probably have never ever gotten that berry. Also huge thanks for DJTom who's managing the official Farewell Golden victors list: it's a huge motivator for a lot of people who attempted this challenge and finally got through it.
Also huge thanks to the developers who made this fantastic game. I usually don't really care about massive grinds, but this game is very special to me, and I really wanted to get this berry no matter what.
Btw, I'm sorry that there's minor audio desync, OBS is screwing me over with that for some reason recently. I've already mentioned that to DJTom and you can see me dying and pausing in the video, so hopefully that shows that it's not spliced or that I haven't cheated in any way.
