Okay, let's be honest there, I am not the biggest fan of the obstacles from the hotel. They're all made around cycles and it's hard to make stop and go gameplay not too boring. I tried to not have too much waiting, but the entire level is kinda "stop and go". A common criticism in previous levels was the lack of checkpoints in some of the harder parts. I tried to add more checkpoints to longer parts or when you have some really difficult timings here and there. The last pre-cassette room is still long, but I tried to not go overboard with it.
Just to clarify, I went into hard focus mode to not die millions of times in this level, so that's why I'm taking slow on some of the sections. There isn't as much waiting as the video shows.
