This is my equatorial wedge. It can be used with the Celestron NexStar 6SE/8SE and Evolution Alt-Az mounted computerized telescopes. I plan on using it for imaging the planets Jupiter, Mars, and Saturn this year. My Alt-Az tracking keeps objects centered, but a long enough exposure or animation will reveal they rotate in the field of view. Adding a wedge allows the mount to track equatorially, which will eliminate field rotation.
