One of the greatest and most sympathetic portrayals of "the only sane character in the asylum" that I've ever seen, Celia absolutely nailed this role. Thrilled that the show's coming back for another season this year!
That performance review segment highlights the industry issue with jargon...... a reviewer would ask them to provide actual examples where they delegated, solved problems, or worked as a part of team.... and they would ask what benefits were realised as a result.
Because the series was made by Working Dog Productions nearly a decade ago and the ABC doesn't hold rights in perpetuity for every show that originally aired on its channels.
