For those bitching... people like me love Pantera, but never got to see them live. Doing the next best thing seeing them twice in the next 2 months, and visiting their memorial next year in Arlington, Texas. We ALL know it's not the original lineup. We ALL know the controversy. Respect a founding member’s wishes and still do the tour and make money and play the songs live. Just call it anything else. That’s my only issue. Vinnie didn’t want it then he died, then they do it. If you can’t see some flaw in that you’re blind. Plus Phil has played Pantera songs for years with Rex and various musicians. Never called that Pantera. What the difference between then and now? That's weird that they didn't do Planet Caravan after Cemetary Gates. I saw three shows in Europe last month and they all had Planet Caravan. It was a sad piece.
Dimebag also left us with some of the best sounding guitars you can hope to find on this earth. If you dont believe me you will. You just have to play one for yourself. Its very telling that in One of arch enemys newer videos called sunset over the empire their guitarist is playing a Dimebag flying V. Im pretty sure he knows he couldnt hope to find a better sounding guitar if he wanted to.

I wish they played the entirety of Cemetery Gates. Same with Domination. They should play all of Domination instead of just the breakdown. Other than that, I can't wait to see them on Saturday! I'm so happy they're playing Revolution Is My Name on this tour, but I would love for them to play Floods.

Even more odd when you have cemetery gates and then Planet Caravan, and afterword when even Phil seemed to struggle a bit keeping his composer Zakk starts playing the Riff to walk lol. Best concert of my damn life man.

I like a good cover just don’t call it Pantera, it is not Pantera , not even close. Sounds like some guys got really good at trying to play Pantera note for note. There’s no feel there’s no groove.
Still Philip Anselmo their lead singer so yes it is Pantera. Drums you can always change the same for every instrument but you can never replace the voice of a band

La verdad que es de muy mal gusto que use imágenes de ellos, sobre todo sabiendo que Vinni nunca lo perdono a Anselo y que declaró en varias oportunidades qué el no aceptaría una reunión de pantera sin su hermano. No fue capaz ni de respetar la voluntad de Vinni.

Showing that little film doesn't make it right, it's not Pantera. Phil and Rex are making a lot of money off of this, it's not about keeping the memories alive.
I mean we all know it's a cash grab. But they have many fans that weren't alive when they were together and the Abbots were living. So if you're not into it don't support it. At least young people get to see a great Pantera tribute band.
That may be true but many fans like myself weren’t even born before dime passed so this is the closest we are gonna get and I am grateful that we at least get this
