The Riaan is definitely not added in centaura.
Centaura is complete the Corvus - Cetus War, next operational map is Aquila.
However the Aquila didn’t release yet.

If the poster were made during dead ahead, maya tau would already be dead about a decade before that in 1938. so it would make more sense to put the poster during the centauran war

Because they were more militarily competent than the other nations. They only failed to Orion due to their inability to create allyships and ended up keeling over and dying from their large size of which they were unable to defend. Much like Rome’s collapse.
