Centennial College - Corrections Literacy Initiative Program - What Is CLI? 

The Corrections Literacy Initiative (CLI) program, funded jointly by the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, Training and Skills Development and the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, supports incarcerated individuals, by teaching them literacy and other life skills. Delivered out of the East Toronto Detention Center, since the program started in 2017, we’ve helped over 300 students. In this video, the program’s Centennial College instructors talk about what the program is and how it works.
