If you book an executive lodge for a 4-5 day break then you do get maid service which is absolutely great and lovely to come back to a clean lodge! We take our boys every year and love it! So glad you enjoyed it!!! 😍 We have been to Elveden and Longleat. Elveden is our favourite! It’s such an easy break away and there is always activities for kids no matter what their age. A sweet spot is ages 5-7 I think 👌 A way off for your babes but when they are that old do take them to do things like the spy school and crazy science! So much fun and I have such great memories with my boys at these activities! X x x
Wonderful memories for your mum and dad Nikki, I know when I am with my grandchildren I love it. The boys looked so happy with their Nan and Grandad what a wonderful special holiday xxx
Hiya Nicola, I absolutely loved watching the video as it’s been hectic since we got back I’ve only just watched it now. But thank you for the invite and we both loved spending time with you all & Chris’s parents. The lodge was great & we loved seeing the squirrels every morning & the boys loved it too. We did have some quality family time & we can’t wait to go again soon hopefully. PS Thank you very much for my makeover as I loved it & I wish you could do it for me everyday lol 😂. Xxxx
Hi Nikki and family, you look amazing. Looks like you had a great time, we used to take our kids when they were little and I also had my 40th birthday there. The twins have grown so much, they look so happy 😍 and you are both great parents. I don’t think it will be long now before the boys are running around, you will need eyes in the back of your heads. Hi, have been going to c.p. for years, used to go for Christmas when the kids were young, been to all of them now, Elvede n is our favourite, the kids pool is amazing, they have a complete different area for the little ones to swim, slide and waterplay, our grandchildrens favourite, we are at Woburn next week, in May taking the whole family to c.p. in Belgium, 16 of us in the school holidays, glad you enjoyed your break.
Im feeling your pain Nikki. I’m exactly the same, first few nights anywhere new and I hardly sleep. Active minds ya see..... Hope you have a lovely time! 😊😊
Based on Chris’ comments at the end, you might be better at the Sherwood Forest one next time as they do have a proper pool for adults to swim in and they also have a good soft play for toddlers in the Jardin Des sports - with the bar near so you can supervise with wine 🤣🤣🙌🏻🙌🏻 xx
The boys slept so well considering it was a new place. We went to the Sherwood Forest one when Harry was two and we didn't enjoy it. Are lodge stunk of damp the swimming pool wasn't that warm and Harry had a cold the whole week 😩. We put him in the nursery to try him for a morning so Gary and I could have a photo session done. They called me after 40 minutes and said they have tried everything and he won't settle. We started him at nursery after that,took him two months to stop crying at drop off but now he's very confident lol. The boys look so grown up. Think we would go to the one in the lakes next time. Xx

Looks like you had a great time,are you concerned about the new RU-vid rules regarding filming children l know quite a few vloggers have removed their content. It would be such a shame not to see the boys and how they're growing up.xxx
