Centre County woman sentenced to up to 7 years in prison loses custody of all 5 children 

That was one opinion offered in Centre County court Monday morning for a woman who lost the custody of all five of her children due to drug addiction, leading to what authorities described as a horrific case of child neglect. Sierra Long, of Union Township, was sentenced Monday to serve up to seven years in state prison.
