I just went there for the first time and was expecting to pay for food because of this video. Everything I had was free - latte, ceasar salad and pizza. I’m just a regular platinum card holder. Maybe it depends on what you order? The lounge was relaxing and not crowded at all on a Wednesday afternoon
Wow...Im sorry but those eggs look look like trash man...seriously. AMEX you need to not do this to us. We pay ALOT of money for consistency and uniformity in your lounges around the world. You should be ashamed. This is an absolute disappointment and embarrassment to see "food" presented in this manner and having to be charged for it.
