Century: Eastern Wonders Review - A Game of Patience 

Thank you for another amazing review. I love your humor, and we could really feel the pain of the heatwave. It's been horrible to film videos the whole summer, but it seems like the wave is starting to go away, and we are now having normal Norwegian summer warmth ;)

I totally agree about Eastern Wonders by itself. You have to play Sand to Sea to have the full game experience. Good review.

My group actually dug Eastern Wonders on its own. It was kind of a fun gateway pick up and deliver game. Sand to Sea is next for us!

The mud bit got an audible snort from me. I very much did not like Spice Road, but Eastern Wonders is quite good! We've had quite a different experience with it though. Rather than being ponderous it's often snappy, with cubes flying everywhere from turn to turn. It doesn't reinvent pick up and deliver but it does manage to make it appealing.

I tried this last night and didnt know what to expect from it and if I did I think I would have enjoyed it more. I would definitely give this one a go again but the taste it left in my mouth was not the best. Great review as always!

Could you create a rule where you have a time limit on each move? Would that reduce the plodding time it takes and add a little more excitement? Just curious.
