Not true at all. Having someone in an executive team who asks that question before any big decision, is an asset to a company. I have several in my team who aren't afraid of speaking up or bringing alternative suggestions to the table on key decisions. Directors and Officers are in that position for a reason; they're confident in what's best, regardless of feelings or emotions.
@bobguy6542
@bobguy6542 2 года назад
I think that's just the scripted part. Remember a business that franchises WANTS new franchises to open up all around the country. Now if they gave them ALL away, then yeah, that's not a great short term business plan. But long term, the goal is to have as many open as possible.
@wukongmain2075

Back in 99 and up to 2004 I did a lot of drawings for Baja Fresh. I did their shop drawings for their kitchen equipment and back of house. It was a great experience for me as I had to get a job right after high school to help my family and it was them and all the project managers that believed in me and my talent. I learned so much about manufacturing, cabinet construction and using AutoCAD. I was a self taught draftsman and without them and their projects, I wouldn’t have worked at a great architecture firm in LA. I still enjoy stopping by to see the designs I worked on and eat some tasty food.

What I’ve learnt from the US version of the programme: American employees on low salaries get nothing. No pension, no maternity leave, no sick pay, very few holidays and even fewer rights. It’s awful. And the the trade Union movement over there seems moribund. Strange place.
@christyb7590

This isn't quite true. It is true that there are different types of jobs which come with different benefits. Most of those jobs with benefits require some type of education. In addition, there are scholarships for college for just about anyone. The best way to make money in America, in current times, is to be an entrepreneur. Being a country which has an economy inspired by capitalism, it would be very easy to see how our system of business might be very strange to those who do not understand capitalism.
