PA state Rep. Morgan Cephas joined PA House Appropriations Committee Chairman Jordan Harris and the Philadelphia House Delegation at Childs Elementary School in Philadelphia to discuss the more-than $1 billion investment in public schools statewide -- including $230 million for Philadelphia school -- to better fund our public schools that have been underfunded for decades.
