A University of Pennsylvania law professor’s recent comments on Asians have led to outrage as well as calls for her removal. NBC10’s Steven Fisher has the story.

Speaking of what happened to Jewish people, may I ask if Amy Wax care to know the fact that the hidden mega genocide of indigenous Native Americans, and their population in Continents of America 500 yrs ago was around 15 millions, while European population in Europe was around 25 millions. While 500 years ago there were estimated to be 5 to 6 millions indigenous Native Americans in the USA, before Christopher Columbus arrived, today there are only around 2 million indigenous Native Americans survived. Imagine this scenario, if Native American people cross the Atlantic, invade and Colonize Europe, and slaughter most Europeans, and put the remaining populations in tiny reservations, for 500 long years. How would Europeans feel about it? Think about it. All they need is their beloved motherland back, the lands that their ancestors' forebears had lived through thick and thin, endured through hardships and all for generations. Besides, indigenous Native Americans in Colonized lands of Anglo British, Spaniard and others are more of the same. Kill the indigenous Natives and whoever is left, marginalize them and create artificial poverty, once that poverty becomes crime and drinking, the media points to the poor and blames them to continue to stigmatize the 'other' community, scumbags, etc. Amazing fact that Indigenous Natives had built such great civilizations as Mayan, Inca and Aztec without outside help, and all from scratch, and all on their own, since they had been cut off from the rest of the world for twenty thousand years. In other words, they actually are great and proud people. Imagine what it would be like today if Native Americans had possessed some sort of nuclear weapons to defend themselves, and their beloved motherlands from invaders Colonizers? The answer is they would still have their own beloved motherlands, plus their population comparable to that of the European population. In my humble opinion, it's about time to decolonize the Colonized lands, and return it to rightful owners Native American people. Any Wax is a racist and the problem as a professor is toxic because her attitude toward any non white students are at her mercy in grades . It would seem that any grades given by her would be and need be challenged that it wasn’t racially motivated. My question too is as mentioned, she’s partial to political affiliations when she mentioned that they were probably democrats? And she’s being more brave to express her racial attacks because she is tenured. I feel tenures are like not above the law. You screw up, you need to pay for it.

They are heavily dependent on Indians for IT needs. Their home grown graduates are not even good enough for trouble shooting and dealing with any sort of mounting pressure. Forget about their contribution in top notch IT giants. They can’t even afford to remove 1% population from Silicon Valley as it will not only hit IT industry but wall street will also be heavily impacted. She doesn't. UPenn is a private institution. She has no free speech rights when she is a representative of the university. Amy Wax is a good researcher of Indian Hindu Society especially Brahmin women . In India , Hindu Society is grading in different categories 1:- Brahman (First class Hindu by birth) 2:- Kshatri (Second Class Hindu),3:- Vaishy ( Third Class Hindu) ,4- Shudra ( Fourth Class Hindu). Such as the active racism of Harvard and others in suppressing the ability for high achieving demographics to enter college in favor of another, more "valued" demographic who then drops out at much higher rates. Speaking to a harsh reality is not vile, and neither is it racist. Denying the existence, and ensuring the continued under performance, of those for whom you advocate, is the definition of the soft bigotry of low expectations.

Have you really attended her classes or known her being famous among students for being racist? I don’t, but I can’t think of any context someone could say something like that to against other ethnic groups. Please don’t bring political standpoint here. A professor has been known for being racist in the school and recently made those racist comments should NOT be allowed to teach; who knows what ignorance she could teach the young mind.

Were it the case that most Asians and Asian immigrants to this country supported conservative Republicans and helped advance their positions, she would then say, 'I think the United States is better off with MORE Asians and MORE Asian immigration'.

As a professor, she shouldn’t write anything like that. She negatively stereotyped other ethnic group. This reminds me of time after the 911 event, Arab and Muslim Americans were racist for being dangerous related to terrorism. Or stereotyping has been harming Black lives. She negatively assumed something about other ethnic groups and publicly stated it without any concrete evidences to prove her statements. She shouldn’t teach as a law professor anymore.
